That this was not included in the choices for receiving 5.1 sound is a crime. It's a great album with very good sound, but I can't help but wish it had that "little something extra" every time I play it.

An upgrade over the previous SACD single-disc version, this boasts sound that is much more lush, and a softening of the harmonica solos which were too harsh on the earlier version. Great album. Very good sound.

Good sound, but not great--likely due to poor source material. Funky music. For me, it works better in my car than in my home SACD system (unless I'm cleaning the kitchen with it on in the background.) The music makes me want to drive fast and faster. Another great job by the Analogue Productions crew in making CCR sound incredibly warm. This, CCR's 5th (and last 'great') album in 3 years, was made in 1970 and has a ton of hits. Finally, CCR that doesn't have that distorted treble sound. Who'd have thought CCR could sound warm? The separation in this stereo SACD is great.
