asked about the UPC code difference and this was the reply
"We apologize for the error at the warehouse picking the wrong item to ship to you.
We can set up the return or you may return it to a store for store credit, as sending in the mail will incur a return shipping charge and can take anywhere from 6-8 weeks to process. If returning item to a store please take a copy of your "Order Notification" so that they have as a reference as to the amount to be applied to the store credit that they will issue to you.
A new order would then have to be placed as we do not reship, exchange nor replace any items.
Again, we apologize for the error.
If we can be of further assistance, please reply to this email or reach us via the fye.com Customer Support line at ....."

I know this is an old thread I am reviving, but I too have been after this disc for a while without success. If anyone out there has got a copy and is simply able to verify the fact of its existence that would be helpful. I have in my possession an EMI hardbacked dealer directory from 2005 which has all EMI releases extant at that time (excluding classical which had its own catalogue). In it are listed just 38 SACDs most of which are familiar to frequenters of this site. Before anyone gets too excited the 38 discs are not only EMI but associated labels which EMI distribute and all are shown here. The Scorpions disc is notably absent which means if it was ever available it was available for only a very very short time or produced in very small numbers which sold out quickly but i would still like a copy

I can verify it exists as I owned it at one time because it was recommended and it was a rock group plus orchestra. I bought it even though I never was a Scorpions fan and it was actually a pretty good sounding SACD. I sold it many, many years ago. I haven't seen it pop up on eBay so I think it might be quite rare. Good luck in your hunt!

I finally got in January 2009, the disc is good, and exist, but is rare, ultrarare in my opinion.
