1) Prokofiev: Symphony No. 6, Lieutenant Kijé, Love for Three Oranges
Best overall. Most interesting repertory in wonderful sound, great performances.
2) Bruch, Chausson, Korngold: Violin Concertos - Steinbacher
Sonically, the best disc I heard in 2013, but the repertory isn't as interesting as BIS's.
3) Holmboe - Concertos
Probably the best single-disc introduction to Vagn Holmboe I can think of, including early, middle, and late-period works, in clear, detailed, massive sound.
What say you? What were your favorite SACDs issued in 2013?

It's hard for me to remember what year I bought a given disc, and when each came out. I have to limit myself to baroque recordings, because my files are more up-to-date in that area. — La Spagna analogue recording by Gregorio Paniagua — Jordi Savall's 25th Anniversary box set with all-new recordings on four discs, including two dedicated to the Cancionero del Duque de Calabria (formerly known as the Cancionero Uppsalensis). — Trattado de glosas by Diego Ortiz, reissue from Savall — Psalmen Davids by Heinrich Schütz, a welcome companion on the same high level as the earlier release of Musicalische Exequien by the same group. — Volume One of the likely two-volume Complete Organ Works of Pachelbel — Matthäus-Passion by Bach from Jacobs

I've listed my top 20 SACDs for the 2013 Year, some because of performance, some great sound and some for both reasons. My record label of the year, was HM USA, with 2L and Lawo coming joint-second. I'm reluctant to name any the "best", but these were the most important to me:
1. Bach: St Matthew Passion - Jacobs maybe, actually, really "the best"
2. Bach: St. John's Passion - John Butt setting St John in the context of the liturgy adds an entirely new dimension
3. Mozart: Piano Concertos Vol. 5 - Brautigam, Willens the best yet in a series that is opening my ears/mind to Mozart concertos on the fortepiano
4. Levitzki/Rachmaninov/Medtner: Forgotten Melodies in a year not marked by many great solo piano recordings getting some solo Medtner on sacd was a treat
5. In the Shadow of War I've always loved Frank Bridge's Oration, and the piece by Stephen Hough was a wonderful surprise
6. Mahler: Symphony No. 8 - Stenz much as I hate to choose a Mahler recording this superb 8th almost overcomes my reservations about the piece
7. Sibelius: Symphonies 1 + 4 the finest 4th I've ever heard and an underrated 1st
8. Brahms: String Sextets - Prazak & Zemlinsky Quartets my favorite Brahms chamber works in fine performances and sound
9. Raff: Symphony No. 2, Four Shakespeare Preludes - Järvi ok, it's not the world's greatest music, but we're all entitled to some fun now and again
10. Bach: Cantatas Vol. 55 - Suzuki chosen to represent the whole series, roughly half of which is on sacd, just a tremendous achievement
Thanks to all the artists, engineers, producers, and execs who made 2013 another banner year.

Of 17 discs added in 2013, two strike me as extra-extra good ear candy:
KUNIKO plays Reich and Britten: String Quartets II - Emperor Quartet.
Both discs have you in the first few notes, pulling you into a palpable soundspace and a mindspace which is refreshingly free of Wiener schlag.
Guess what's playing as I type....
