Absolutely brilliant. Site navigation needs some polishing to improve flexibility but what a great initiative. Just keep it going boys this is the beginning. Thank you.

Maestro Gergiev looks slightly uncomfortable with the camera up-close and personal whilst others clearly see it as all a bit of a hoot. Hope they were concentrating.

Interesting and educative, but I found some of the fast panning camera movements a bit dizziying.
At times the cameraman/men/women completely lost Gergiev and focused on the ceiling and a black background.
Some editing instead of having to watch the whole swing and hit-miss camerawork, would have been nice.
And Gergiev's greying designer stubble up really close was a bit intrusive too.
Swedish Television broadcast a memorial program/portrait of George Solti last night and compared to Solti's wild gesturing and screaming and jumping up and down on the podium Gergiev seems more restrained and in control, with small movements and a toothpick for baton though.
I look forward to more of this.

I think it is an excellent example of what can be done with the medium. Not really how I listen to music ... but, ... if you haven't seen it ... worth looking.

Interesting. Worth bookmarking as I guess it will improve. I particularly liked seeing the manner in which the violins did their pizzicato
