I agree with the other reviewers. The Dylan series of SACDs is generally disappointing sonically. "Slow Train Coming" and "Love & Theft" are about the best of the lot. I have to agree with the other reviewers. Never a great sounding record, I had hoped that this SACD would finally Free's performance justice. It does not. Muddy and indistinct, this disc is certainly not worth the big bucks I paid for it. Very disappointing. |

This is a decent sounding SACD. The recording is very bare bones, no frills. Could've been a little warmer sounding. To get any real punch out of it you need to play it LOUD! The performance, of course, is absolutely stellar! |
