Benny Carter: Jazz Giant        (2 of 3 found this review helpful)
  March 18, 2007

"Jazz giant" is a relaxed and enjoyable all-star session, which has always been an audiophile classic. This is sonically a rather disappointing SACD, especially since Fantasy chose a great sounding recording by the legendary Contemporary engineer Roy DuNann for this release.
