What a classic! There are a few versions of this SA-CD. I have what some people call a dual-layer SA-CD - a disc without the RB-CD layer but with an SA-CD multichannel and a stereo layer (ES86328 Ode/Epic/Legacy). Two tracks. That's all. This music sounds as if it floats in a three-dimensional space. Miles' trumpet has tremendous bite but never distorts. This is free flowing piano jazz in a trio setting. Conrad Yeatis Clark (p), Max Roach (dr), George Duvivier (b) and Steve Hofman on the mastering console.
