This very nice disc has sold out and is OOP. For those who missed out, there are a few copies available at amazon.ca and amazon.co.uk from third party sellers at quite reasonable pricing (about $20). They will be gone soon.
I had the original CD version, and then bought the SACD version which I thought was noticeably better (I listen in stereo).
