Sigh! It's like herding cats...
No, herding cats is is easier than getting Forum-posters to (1) make a list (2) WITHOUT FURTHER COMMENT. I see FOUR lists and TWENTY-SEVEN further comments. Would you like to try again folks? Maybe I'll offer a free SACD for the tidiest entry. (But it won't be Beagle's Symphony No. 1... although Branburger Concerto 5.1 is on a floppy-disc somewhere in the closet.)
I will reveal the purpose of this exercise IF you complete it... (minimum: 20 lists of TEN). And I do hope current93 posts a list.

OKAY... Before this thread falls of the edge of the Forum, here are the stats (if I dare use that word for a sample of 7). I wouldn't bother, but even this small sample goes a long way to demonstrating what I suspected.
Call it 'One man's meat is another man's poison' or 'non è giusto nel gusto', the average rank is very close to random (5).

Beagle the sample group may only be seven but I couldn't help notice the top two composers are also the most represented on SACD - Beethoven & Mahler. Coincidence?

I like the 9 composers of your list and don’t think they are boring (even if some of their works can be boring, for example the last movement of Mahler’s 7th, Mahler’s 8th…).
So, imho, the ten most boring composers are :
Boulez
Webern except Im Sommerwind
Halévy
Donizetti
Monteverdi
Bach by the today’s performers (Please Klemperer, Mengelberg, Karajan, Ristenpart, Richter, Ramin, come back!!!).
Bax
Reger
Telemann
Glazounov
Another point : some works can seem boring during the first listening : for me it was the case with Beethoven’s last stringquartets : but I listen them again and again and now I love them. With great composers, we have to persevere and therefore we will be largely rewarded.
