So Robert, when can we expect to see the new Vanska/Sibelius on eClassical.com?

I too found it after searching in vain for a while. Why hidden?
Anyway I bought it but the download function did not work! Paying was no problem .But when I tried to actually download it I got an error message.
Frustrating. My other downloads from eClassical work.
I was looking forward to hearing it tonight. No luck so far and no response from eClassical yet. Like I said in another post here all is not always as rosy as it seems in "download world".

Ir seems as if eClassical doesn't like to refresh unless you add the "?cache=purge" to the URL. I opened up the site a few hours ago and it didn't show the Sibelius, but did immediately after adding that to the URL.

Dear Chris,

I cannot use this space to discuss eClassical - zeus has forbidden it.

I have just two general comments:

1) To buy at about 8.30 pm CET and then complain that you haven't had any response 2 hours later same evening is, in my view, a bit strong. Even if we usually work round the clock anyway, we do have working hours in Sweden.
I saw your post, woke up the CEO of eClassical, and he did answer you right away. You might have posted that, since you complained.

2) The DL does work with a zip file. The other way gets fixed today.

Cordially - Robert

Dear Bissie, thanks for your response.
Not to worry chicken curry!
I am sure that it will be fixed today somehow. But fyi the zip files download yes,but I can't unpack them on my macs!
That is a problem that still hasn't been sorted out at eClassical.
As a mac customer I still have to download every single file/movement one at a time. But I put up with it because of the great music and great even unbeatable prices for masterfile quality!
Last night I suppose I felt a bit like a kid on Christmas Eve.My present was under the Christmas tree but I wasn't allowed to open it!
ps The "Adventskalender" offer was GREAT and this offer is so too.
All the best and keep them coming Chris

This is a problem that can be (has to be, considering current SW on MAC) sorted out on your MAC. MAC have issues with some ZIP's created in various OS. Standard tool doesn't work!

Use iZip

It works. I'm sure other SW work too!

+1 (PC, zip). They also fixed a minor metadata problem I reported affecting another title within an hour.
