To the SACD hunters, I have seen a new SACD record from Avanti label : a piano recital from Francesco Piemontersi with Haendel, Bach, Schumann and Liszt works. It's not in the recent additions of our favorite site but it is sold in Amazon and others.

Typical of amazon, the listing does not tell you what works are on the disc, so until its listed on this site, I'll leave it alone.

HANDEL / BRAHMS / BACH / LISZT

Recital

Handel: Suite in B flat major HWV 434 Op.24
Brahms: Variations and Fugue on a Theme by Handel Op.24
JS Bach: Partita No. 1 in B flat major, BWV 825
JS Bach / F. Liszt: Fantasia and Fugue in G minor R120 SW 463

Francesco Piemontesi, piano

Swiss pianist Francesco Piemontesi, still only 27, is one of the most sought after young artists of his generation. In 2009 he was awarded a fellowship of the Borletti-Buitoni Trust and was invited to join the BBC ‘New Generation Artists’ scheme. This recital beginning with Handel’s Suite in B flat shows his superb sonority.

It's rare for a recently released SACD to be missing from SA-CD.net's database.

There's no information on Avanti's site to confirm that this is, in fact, an SA-CD. While other discs are flagged as "HYBRID SACD", this one isn't. Maybe it is, but I'm not a mind reader. Listings on vendor sites I tend to ignore. So unless someone has this and can confirm it (the initial post is unclear) it won't be listed here.
