Vol. 4 is in stock (and on sale this week) at ArchivMusic, even though the release date is shown as 04/14/2009 on their website. The listing is currently found only under Super Audio CDs/New Releases (you will not find it by ensemble, label, or composer through ArchivMusic's usual drilldown process). I received shipping confirmation a few hours after placing my order yesterday.
