I have had an email from 'wolfE' requesting information as to how I obtained this disc.
I did some searching and from the links contacted an Esoteric supplier in the UK called Synergy who just had two copies left (this was some weeks ago). The disc cost me £15 including p&p which is a far cry from the 55-60$ being charged by some US suppliers!

The UK supplier may be Symmetry. The latest news is there are no more copies in the UK. However, more supplies will be flown in soon.

I've had a conversation with Jack Lawson at Audio Salon who will be pleased to assist with purchases of this release and future ones.
