Thanks for the review John. Since you have a copy at hand, perhaps you would do us the favour of expanding on the "Van Eyck, Susato, Schop et al" as table of contents? Amazon.com gives "Giovanni Bassano (Composer), Dario Castello (Composer), John Dowland (Composer), Jacob van Eyck (Composer), Giovanni Battista Fontana (Composer), Biagio Marini (Composer), Diego Ortiz (Composer), Johann Schop (Composer) -- but what pieces?

Thanks John (and Peter). The disc looks even more appealing with the shroud of mystery lifted. I may get this just for the sempre dolens Dowlands. The Castello surprised me, I'd never imagined that there could be a 'Sonata for soprano solo'....
