It's somewhat encouraging in the current situation that a recording initially released on SACD gets reissued on SACD and not only on CD, as happens with other labels.

I've owned this fine recording for about one year. The covers are not the same. Perhaps this really is a new recording with the same forces. However, I cannot imagine any reason for making a re-recording. Very strange!

The individual track timings indicated on the HM website for the new SACD are identical to the ones indicated on the cover of the old SACD
