Does anyone know when this new and promising SACD will be released?
Their website first stated "November 2006", though since a few days they've changed it to "October 2006". Now, it doesn't appear in their catalogue, nor in their "Future Releases"...
I've emailed them 4 days ago about this, without reply unfortunately...

Dear Yves C,
The double life recording with Martha Argerich and Alexandre Rabinovitch-Barakovsky is already taped. Unfortunately we are waiting for the approval of the artists. Without it we can not release it.
So we are waiting a little. It is sometimes really difficult for an artist to listen to his work. Some take much time before answering (Zimmerman is another famous case).
I will let you know of course as soon as we have all the agreements. Now, for respect to the artists, we decided not to advertise it anywhere until we got all the greenlights.

It's a bit confusing on your website: now it says (under Artist News) that this recording was released in october 2006...

Producing high end recordings is not easy especially in the classical market. So nice words are highly appreciate.
We really hope to release this double live album early 2007. We also really hope to have Martha again in the studio very soon.
In the meantime, we will record the new album of Polina Leschenko. It will be a Liszt project. Maybe you can have an eye on the comments posted on this site on her earlier recording (Prokofiev 1021-2 commented by Polly Nomial). She is also an extraordinary artist although only 25. I also highly recommend you the new SACD of Adriel, this is really pure poetry.

Just to back up what our friend from Avanti says, Polina Leschenko should be a name that we hear about a lot in future - I think her first recording was a disc that any musician should be proud of at any stage of their career let alone in their 20's. From the sound of things, Liszt will suit her down to the ground.
Waiting in eager anticipation...

Like others here I have been very impressed with your label and eagerly await the new Argerich disc.
I'm also impressed with Polina Leschenko; and I loved the "secret bonus track" on the Prokofiev!
But the real point of my writing is that at least two of your discs (the Prokofiev and the Schuman Sonatas) were recorded in DXD. As you may have noticed from the threads here this has gotten a lot of play on this site when another label recorded something in DXD. Is this going to be your format of choice going forward?

I hope you will continue with DXD and make lots of recordings with Polina, of whom I personally am every bit as excited about as I am Martha Argerich.
