Long-time reader and lurker, and looking for some hardware advice from this knowledgeable group.

I currently have an Anthem MRX 700 that appears to be giving up the ghost, so I am in the market for a replacement. I have learned that there is a new Anthem MRX 710 out, but want to know if I should consider some other options.

I have Paradigm speakers, Center, Right, Left and 2 pairs of rear speakers, as well as a subwoofer set up in the my "man cave".

Thanks for any suggestions.

These are the new top-end Denon machines:

I've had the AVR-3313, which is the 2012 predecessor to the AVR-X4100 for the past two years and find it an excellent product. Well chuffed of it. Only difference between them is AudysseyXT32, which was introduced on the 2013 AVR-X4000 and the addition of Dolby Atmos for the AVR-X4100.

These machines are based on completely different design concepts from the rest of the Denon line. At this point, it would be quite worthwhile to explore these and other options.

The "next big thing" in home theater is Atmos, which I suspect will not be very popular with folks on this site. So you could probably save some money, and buy last year's model. A lot of companies have added a lot of streaming functionality over the last couple of years, which many find to be useful. Aside from Anthem, you might look at Marantz.

As a precursor to their full review of the AVR-X7200, have a look of this video:
