Mark, you probably incorporated MY link to Amazon in your post which is a No No. I thought that because it was a DVD~A and NOT an SACD it wouldn't matter but rules are rules. I was attempting to show you the actual DVD~A cover of the Foo Fighters One by One and my engine search proved futile except for the AmazonUS link.
And you really are good, Mark......just an oversight. And for your penance...you have to listen to Madonna's Like A Virgin in repeat mode for 12 hours straight.

Ha, Ha, FD.......but wouldn't you know, when I played my "treated" discs at the Meridian demo in SoHo, they blew away anything Meridian had in their arsenal......by a LONG SHOT!

I am intrigued by your expensive products, you didn't mention Talisman, said to be the ultimate when used with Ultra Vivid.
I worry a little bit about Ultra Vivid as they say:
"It is safe on all gold SACDs except those that have a gold external tint."
I would hate to make a mistake.
Re: The Signature Mat, that goes on top of disc, I assume?
McIntosh has offered me a free "wobble correction", I of course have to bring in my unit for the 15 min service where they add a bushing, for lack of a better word. I have only had wobble problems with one disc Blu Ray Quadrophenia.
Why would you need MikroSmooth when you have Ultra Vivid?
I ask this because I did have a product in the 90's that actually worked 100% of time in correcting skipping discs because of a scratch or smudge.

Re: gold~tinted discs (Telarc/Chesky)......I've treated them for years with NO side effects.
The before and after effects of my treatments have been revelatory but since a lot of individuals resell their discs or trade them they are adverse to doing any external tweaks.
On BD~Vs and BD~As ONLY use ultra Vivid (no mikrosmooth).
I would also advise you upgrade your HDMI to Shunyata Research ...... only $95 for 1 meter. Takes about 2 weeks to break in (available from MusicDirect).
As far as damper is concerned: My Meridians (808/800) do NOT like it so I use it on my Oppo BDP~105 and Marantz SA11S3. Don't know if your McIntosh Player will like it either.
Talisman is a demagnetizer.......I use it to demag top and bottom of ALL discs. Expensive but effective.

My wife is on the rear cover, lower left, being kissed by a guy.
She has original LP, but would be nice to own the disc.
