What's in a name, the words which form such ?

Simply, Orientals believes it's a conduit of what went before, what is, and will be.

The characters of my birth name can be understood :

Contrarily—I can be very succinct, using one liners for a Post. But, it's better to give some thought to the thoughts of the initial thought first ? More or less, I write more less rather than less more.

Anyhow, given that distribution of physical SA-CDs will die, let's redefine the acronym to what may appeal to the majority of the current, and succeeding, community (that future proofs our love of the soul workings of this site from any high and higher quality audio media to come) ?

I propose it be re-branded as an abbreviation of :
Super Audio - Compulsive Disorder (dot) network

Catchy, timeless, and charmingly endearing, enough for you and others who seeks high definition audio ?

Like "audiophile" /showthread/109915/115244#115244 it will, of course, be under one's "utility of interpretations" as...

Well, what do you think ? What would you otherwise suggest ?

Yes, I like Leica :

'Super Analogue - Consumer Digital' is my latest proposal for redefining of this site's address, following from the previous' retention of "Super Audio" over at /showthread/115614/115788#115788

Like 'tailspn' Tom's numerous replies that began with /showthread/115745/115770#115770 in advocacy of SA-CDs' analogue, Ken spoke, at 29m30s, of :
Today we use digital as technology. But humans—we can't hear digital ; we only can hear or see analogue. So, in the end, everything has to be analogue...

Being busy, in short, the address' use of "Analogue" (or Analog) juxtaposed to, or transfigured from "Digital" would be the most future-proof, inclusive...

I think we hit upon the defining example of logorrhea here

Wilhelm, no offense, but your thread titles are incredibly turgid and obtuse. Plain English, please!!!!!!

Glad to have elicited... sort of a thought from you Max Kanevsky, albeit punctuation didn't save your punctual descent...

With grammar, if you'd written 'I think I've...' then more respect to you. As it is, I'd very much like to see the ubiquitous "we" you (plus the newspapers, magazines and various media regularly) summon. Go ahead, define the numb...

Meanwhile, to amuse some, the drawing's a play, another from Leonard's pen, on your penultimate word.

And perhaps, in the Greek context of this forum [Stephen's Moniker], one should at least know about Rhea ?

Well, pardon Alex, "turgid and obtuse" is what has, funnily enough, been labelled at much of the Classical, including 'Classical Music' (to which Cohen's English...

Yet, in the word of a true John, perhaps "spoof" /showthread/115328 or, even, the Grimaldi quote—linkable from /showthread/112102/115513#115513 !!
