Performance: Sonics: |
The blues is a genre that usually does not have great sounding recordings. Doug MacLeod and Might Sam McClain are two exceptions. This one does not sound bad and does sound far better than most blues albums. The performances are very solid. The title track is near exceptional. If you have enjoyed this album or the blues from this era, you will be pleased with this release. This gets a respectable 4 for both performance and sonics.
