| I just finished listening to the new Boz Scaggs SACD from Audio Fidelity and it sounds very nice and the performance was very good but I then put this on and did not change any settings. MOFI discs have a reputation of being low volume but this one sounds louder than the Scaggs' disc. I do not mean louder in the way of loudness wars. The sound is full and lush. There is background noise the is especially noticeable between tracks. This is part of the master I would assume. This is not my favorite Sinatra recording but it is very very good . Even a not great album by Frank beats many others best effort. Axel's orchestration is very good but everything seems to be one step below best efforts. Please do not take that as a reason to not get this, that would be a real shame.
