This is a sonic marvel. The first time my daughter (12 years old) heard it she just sat still from beginning to end. This album has been in the Top 20 (Jazz Albums) since it's intro over 40 years ago...that should say it all until, you get into the history, re-masters, books and now SACD...This is a sonic masterpiece considering the time and equipment used...the multi-channel layer is tasteful and adds the right ... more |
