I classify this as country rock female vocal. I find the performance interesting even though I don't particularly like country music. OK, I admit that this is only borderline country. I don't know much about this performer, but I do like this SACD. |

This was the only Mobile Fidelity SACD prior to going out of business around 2000. The performance and sonics of this SACD are outstanding. This is traditional blues. Robert has the voice and style to deliver a convincing sound. I would love to listen to him in a small bar. This must be one of the most controversial SACDs. One Asylum reviewer nominated this as the worst SACD of all times. Several others have raved about it. I've owned this for 18 months, and have listened to it about 3 times. I bought it because of its rave reviews, but I don't have a good enough musical taste to appreciate this.
