Paavo Jarvi's Sibelius 2nd Symphony is wonderful, easily the best performance I've heard yet and easily the finest sounding. I am so thrilled Deutsche Grammophon released Russo’s Three Pieces for Blues Band & Orchestra on SACD as this is my favorite work of all time having owned it since it first appeared on LP in 1973! This is a DSD recording and has a new symbol on the case that says: DSD Recording maybe the industry will pick up on this on. The Telarc Soundstream SACDs continue to totally amaze me. They are 50kHz and only 16 Bit but sonically outperform most high resolution PCM recordings in my collection and even some pure DSD SACDs!
