Oh my, this is a great SACD for both performances and sound. My two previous Peer Gynt Suites on SACD were the 50kHz Telarc and the 44.1kHz BIS . This is my first DSD recorded Peer Gynt. I've been meaning to say something about this wonderful SACD for years. I love the compositions by Lennon/McCartney but prefer their music best when preformed by Jazz Ensembles or Symphony Orchestra's. Another superbly recorded DSD Exton SACD. I have a preference for recordings made in halls however this one was made in the Studio of the Holland Radio Philharmonic Orchestra and it is one of the most realistic recordings I’ve ever heard.
