| Yes, I agree. But the OP has a budget and he has to start somewhere. Not to mention it is not really that mediocre to start with, esp. if you are going all digital on the connections (HDMI + coax or file streaming from a PC available on some receivers/pre-pros). | If you look at the yen prices of the single Esoteric SACDs in Japan they are on par with other Japanese labels or DG/Decca J-SACD releases - all in the 3000 yen range.
