We do classical ensemble and orchestral recordings at 24/176khz with Sound Devices 722, Kimber KCAG mic cable, and ORTF formation AKG-414 BULS microphones. Grado PS500 and RS-1I cans for monitoriing.

Wide variety of high end cables mostly from Black Cat, Cardas and Kimber. Use Shunyata for AC cords.

New dedicated 10 gauge Romex AC line with Oyaide SWO-GX outlet.

I love the performance from Dejan here but I think I know why the piano and orchestra are a bit soft sounding. Symphony Hall here in Atlanta is very tricky to do a live recording in. I also agree this is an outstanding performance with sound to match. The string tone is right on and the passion of the playing is evident. A reference level SACD in my opinion.

Absolutely fantastic sound quality. All the Concords sound good to me in fact. If you like salsa, this is a must have.
