I just purchased this SACD from a seller on ebay for $14. Didn't realize there were 2 different versions of this title until after I had received it. No worries, as this one sounds very good. I asked someone in the know a few years ago about MCH ELO releases. The response was that the whereabouts of the MCH masters were unknown (at best) or they have been lost. So stereo is likely all we will ever get for ELO, however I will buy this one if and when it is available. I'd really like A New World Record on SACD, just a shame that the MCH ... more

From what I have read on various sites, the Multi channel tapes are missing for 2 of the songs on AJA. Unless these have mysteriously appeared, there cannot be a complete 5.1 mix of this title. AFAIK, there has not been a DSD mastering of Aja, so this would be the first. ... more
