The Performance is Classic. However the recording is sub par in my boof. Having said that I think its a must own for fans of the Byrds. Its hallmark stuf in terms of the early California folk rock sound that spawned The Eagles and others.

I do not think its a matter of consumers not caring about SACDs. Ii think it is because they do not know about them. I am appalled at the lack of effort put into the marketing of SACDs.
