Performance:   Sonics:
Songs With Words, beautifully sung - but also instrumental ones. As it is stated, there are no digital effects on this recording as I believe there are not, but there are special analog effects or manipulations as well. Pure acoustic guitar sounds as well as amplified sounds can be heard complementary to one another without mental interruption. It should be a true DSD recording and for sure it's a true surround one 'captured by 15 microphones'. Just listen to the songs 'A Thousand Petty Tyrants', 'Blowin' In The Wind', 'Trees Are Burning' or 'Ocean Wall' in a true surround sound system (5.1) and at a high volume, because the recording is carefully adjusted what makes it sound more quietly, naturally and dynamically than condensed recordings that have become usual.
The songs are very special: native wisdom as well as well known tunes with an own interpretation, these pearls shine brightly and can be a source for meditation and relaxation.
In my view listening to this SACD can be a great audiophile experience and maybe a journey to the inner self.
