B. Waters vcl & ss & as & ts & clt, B. Milder p, G. Stachewski g, G. Lind b, K. Ohlsson ds, Opus 3 1976. The Quintet plays ten standards in the straight ahead swinging way. Recorded live at the famous Swedish jazz club, The Pawnshop, there`s once again a very good live atmosphere captured on the disc. The Swedish band around Waters is playing very skilful and enthusiastic making the gig a fun event. The sound is good but not perfect, rich of colour, but the soundstage is a bit a mess.
