I was a bit sceptical to purchase such an old recording at this rather high price but I wanted "Le tombeau de Couperin". Having listened several times in stereo, I will forget all the newer versions I have on CD. The interpretation sounds incredibly true and respectful. The tempi are just as they should and you're immediately back to the beginning of the 20th century. Fortunately the sound quality is top notch and this recording deserves the finest electronics and loudspeakers. This record is a true enjoyment of all instants.Warmly recommended.
