Well This is my first visit to Big Band Swing on sacd and I can report that this is a superb DSD recording, even though it only states Digital on the cover.It is not my personal taste but this screams quality and Ive no doubt with my limited appreciation of Glen Miller, Basie etc etc that these are top quality musicians.This was released with cooperation of HiFi News and recorded in Abbey Road with Mr Dutton himself engineering.If this is your scene then you will be pretty pleased at these new kids on the block and especially the variety and the sonics.Hybrid disc,super dual case and decent liner notes and pics.Dave
