Performance:   Sonics:
Stay away! The songs are great but the sonics are horrible. Of the 100 or so SACDs I own, only Journey's Greatest Hits SACD has worse sound. Very compressed and congested sounding. Too bad too, because this is great music. I'll buy the released multi-channel version and see if Sony can get it together for this rock classic.

I want my money back.

Love the album, but one of the worst SACD releases ever. It doesn't sound even remotely as good as the MoFi CD release that came out before it, and it barely an upgrade over the regular CD release.

Performance:   Sonics:
Other than the massive hit singles I had never heard the whole album before. Every song on the album
sounds a little different from each other. Unfortuantly so does the sound quality. While some songs sound fine others are poor. My favorite, Africa, is the worst sounding.

Sony has re-released this album and hopefully improved the sound because I can't recomend this version.
