Sonics:
stereo sonics: This record is a surprise. It is a grove note recording that has no excellent sound. The voice is some kind of sharp, the soundstage isn´t really good. All in all it is not what you expect from groove note.

Performance:   Sonics:
I disagree with the previous reviewer. IMO this disk has very good imaging, resolution, and dynamics. The band is made up of Eden Atwood:vocals, Bill Cunliffe:piano & arrangements, Darek Oles:base, Joe LaBarbera:drums, Anthony Wilson:guitar, Pete Christlieb:tenor sax & flute, Soctt Breadman:percussion. The Bossa Nova pieces are skillfully orchestrated and performed, and Eden Atwood's full alto singing is effortless and beautiful. I found the performance very enjoyable.
