This is a very good Showcase with 15 melodies. Peder af Ugglas, Eric Bibb, Katinka Wilson and The Erik Westberg Vocal Ensemble have contributed with two or three pieces - Lars Erstrand, The Swedish Jazz Kings, Global Percussion Network, Mattias Wager, Kjell Fagéus and N. Malmeström/G. Wennerbrandt all have one piece.
I have SACD records from several of these artists, all with Opus 3 high sound quality, but it's nice to have them on a sampler like this. Most positive was "Pianolo Dream" from the record "Tiny Island" (N. Malmeström/G. Wennerbrandt), had never heard them before but this was really good.
There's a good variety on the sampler. Ugglas slide guitar, Bibb's Gospel Blues, Wager's classical Church Organ music - they give different music experiences but doesn't differ too much to make you want to skip some of the tracks.
Not all of the music is exactly according to my taste (it IS a sampler...), but the music anyway easily deserves a grade four and the sound grade was oscillating between 4,5 and 5 but finally the tremolo ended with a five.
