Well I am more enthusiastic about this than the other reviewer especially about the sonics albeit stereo only.I also am making allowances for the fact that these have been gathered over a reasonable period of time but you would hardly notice any differnces. The song qualities are obviously top notch and I bought it expecting some line dancing tunes ? dont know why ? but there is a wide range from ballads to folksy and heavy country.A bonus with Willie and one track when you will think whats Alison Krauss doing on the album.Good Value for money.

I was not really in contry music befor I hit this genre via Alison Krauss & Union Station on SACD. Lee Ann Womack's Greatest Hits is another great compilation of great county songs and also a proofpoint that this genre takes care of audiophile sound quality. Although this SACD does meet the sound quality of the five star rated SACDs by Rounder, but with four stars is still very good. The m-ch mix by Greg Droman is outstanding. The rear channels give full room and a great experience. Lee Ann's voice is mixed centric but not reduced to the center speaker only - this give more on stage ambiance.
