Performance:   Sonics:  
Strong material and good performances highlight this sacd. Released i believe in 2002 and remixed in 2004 for multichannel, the otherwise excellent sound suffers from homogenized dynamics. This tends to smother distinction of bass and drums. That's not to say there is a lack of standout production or musical ideas, in fact, there are some tracks which are more spare in their arrangements that really shine. Dylan's voice is always good to hear too, and there are some well done multi
-layered vocals.

Perhaps a missed opportunity for sonic greatness, very good is still good enough and I recommend this!
