My copy appears to be stereo-only. It this a stereo-only release? Or, is the SA-CD.net description wrong?

I tried playing it via DSD to my AVR then 5.1 LPCM but all that came out the other end in both cases was stereo. I tried another SACD in case my source was playing up, but it played multi-channel fine on that one.

EDIT: I think it's a stereo only disc because on the disc, it says 'STEREO'. It even goes on to say "This stereo Hybrid SACD can be played on any standard compact disc player."

Inside the jewel case, there's small info sheet about the SACD format with a box which says 'STEREO' and 'Multi-Ch' which I think, may have made some assume this particular disc contained multi-channel audio, which it doesn't.

Poor Boy is one of the very few Songlines SACDs which only includes a stereo/RBCD option.

The majority of Songlines' SACD releases are indeed multichannel.

And sadly, this esoteric label has abandoned SACD in favor of downloads.

Although I've got a Nick Drake SACD, A Treasury, I wouldn't say I'm a huge Nick Drake fan. I only decided to buy this release because SA-CD.net described it as a multi-channel SACD and I'm disappointed that it isn't. I feel like I've been mugged, sort of.

Hopefully I'll enjoy listening to it though.
