RCO has a new website, but unfortunately no shop anylonger.
Does someone know more about it?

I can't guarantee they'll do the same for this release but they've often had a promo video on their YouTube account.

I bought this performance on Ebay about a year ago. The SACD case says that it is a special edition "not for sale". I have not seen another copy come up and most the links posted on sa-cd.net say that the disc is "temporarily sold out." My understanding is that this recording was issued as a gift for supporters of the Concertgebouw Orchestra. It is a wonderful recording both performance-wise and recording-wise that captures the magnificent acoustic of the Concertgebouw.

btw: I found this recording under "recent Additions", so I wondered that someone bought it a longer time ago!?
Formerly I often bought RCO-recordings because of their outstanding performance, via RCO-shop. The package came from Belgium. And the price was cheaper than in the known shops...

I believe that RCO Live recordings are now sold on behalf of the Orchestra by the Broekmans & van Poppel CD store one block along the street from the Concertgebouw at v. Baerlestraat 92-94.
I was in there shopping for discs on Monday - bought 3 new Pentatones - all 29 RCO Live are on display but not this Beethoven. The latest offering from them is the Mahler box set on DVD but recent correspondence with Everett Porter (shared on here recently) confirms that they are busy recording with a new tranche of releases reaching us next year.

We did not receive one so this may not be correct.
