The Beatles, Chris Isaak's "Heart Shaped World" and Ten Years After's "A Space In Time". However not on super expensive Japanese SACDs but on affordable USA, UK or European SACDs.

Another of my favorites, Little River Band

Debussy's complete piano music in multi-channel sound. Debussy's piano music is completely missing in the repertoire on SACD. Ravel piano music, which I also adore, has at least 2 1/2 complete sets on SACD.

What about this one?
Debussy: Complete Piano Music - Walter Gieseking
It's not multi-channel, but it's an SACD (4 discs) of the complete Debussy Piano Music by the most famous Debussy interpreter.
