This is out of print already?
At least this is what it says at CD Japan.
What gives? This is the one I wanted most out of all of them.

Going by the Google translation of the announcement below, it seems as though the product may have been recalled due to a manufacturing error. Unfortunately my copy is already in the mail.

According to the link provided by Naun, the channels on the SACD master were reversed. Corrected discs were issued by EMI starting December 22.

Does it not also suggest the discs be returned to EMI Japan? Mine's in transit shipped prior to this also. Has CD Japan cottoned on to the problem?

I think my interpretation was wrong. In the Google Translate page, it says "replacement product shipped today" (date of the announcement being December 22), but it's not certain this is actually meant. Maybe it's an incorrect translation of ASAP.
Further it says "We will send the defective disc from mid-January since 2012.", which probably means the date the replacement disc will be sent.

My copy arrived today, and I can confirm the channels are reversed. Too bad, because otherwise first impressions are that this disc is a clear improvement over the previous RBCD issue. Has anyone figured out yet what to do to get a corrected copy? I don't want to rely on my questionable interpretation of Google's questionable translation of the message linked above.

Mine has channels reversed from "Quoniam tu solus sanctus" (track 4) on. Very irritating, both psychologically and aurally.

I e-mailed CD Japan about replacements and got a reply a few days ago.
Corrected copies will be sent out to those who ordered the reversed channel SACD. I think she said that will happen at the end of the month.
You probably need to contact CD Japan or whoever you oredered the SACD from and give an explanation along with your order number.

I've been notified by CDJapan that they've shipped a corrected replacement copy. So good copies of this title are now definitely in circulation. Excellent service too from CDJapan, who did not wait to be asked before taking steps to procure replacement copies for their customers.
