I love Horowitz' recording of K488 with Giulini and the Scala orchestra very much. I'm surprised no one has mentioned him yet, i think his recordings of Mozart sonatas are beautifull as well.

The Horowitz is superb. No-one has mentioned the magnificent cycle by Brendel with ASMF and Marriner, and for a more up to date cycle that by Richard Goode and the Orpheus has some magical moments.
