This is now listed as a NO RESERVE AUCTION. Should be fun to watch.

PS. Ships WORLDWIDE.

You need to follow posting rules...

It is against rules to post about your ongoing Ebay auctions!

$12,500? Ya, right.

Don't exaggerate...it was sold for only $1,526.00 or €1.118,19!

Rammie,

The person originally listed this at $12,500. That is no hyperbole, just what he listed it at. He obviously wanted to get as much out of this as he could, but quickly went from that amount to $8500, to other amounts until he had to list it as a no reserve auction.

BTW, you do notice others here talking about the $12,500, right? If not, spend some time looking at other comments before making a wisecrack.

Lots of mean spirits here. Profit isn't a dirty word.

I was just kidding FD. Profit isn't a dirty word but gouging is! But it's a free market ........

How was I gouging?

Well, for someone to jump on the $15,000 would have been ridiculous, but you are just taking advantage of something that dropped into your lap which is everyone's right. However, for you to use this site to advertise isn't right.

Because I am mostly into classical music. I have a Rocks WLP with killer Sterling stampers for casual listening, too. I knew the disc had real value after about a week and a half. Best not to handle something I knew I would sell one day.

I wasn't aware the disc for sale was yours otherwise I would have deleted your post. No eBay listings, for sale items are allowed here. Check the posting guidelines.

I asked Jack Douglas (producer of Get Your Wings, Toys in the Attic, Rocks, Draw The Line) if he knew anything about the SACD of Rocks. He said he didn't and that he and Jay Messina had only done the SACD of Toys.

BTW, if anyone has an SACD copy of Toys that they'd be willing to sell or trade on reasonable terms, I'd be interested. I've just recently "discovered" SACD and now I'm finding out that many titles I'd be interested in have dried up and are fetching $50+.
