Please Help. I am confused. Is DSD, "pulse density modulation" pdm, or "differential pulse code modulation" dpcm?

The confusion is 1bit or delta modulated pcm.

Issac DSD is 1 Bit, see "Super Audio Compact Disc A Technical Proposal"

Maybe DSD is based on 1bit DPCM instead of 1bit PDM.

Every new PCM dac is delta sigma modulated pcm.

no problem, in short: DSD is based on delta sigma and PCM is in fact based on delta-sigma.
