When I was still in States, I bought quite a few items from the vendor before and it took only a week or so for me to receive the orders after shipment. I think they also have a store at eBay with 100% positive feedback.
The best thing was that they packed my item in both bubble bag plus a cardboard box. I also received some spare sealing bags for my use from them. So I was quite pleasant about the transactions.
CDJAPAN has great services too.

yep, they have 100% positive feedback in the thousands on ebay. cdjapan's prices for products are a tad cheaper, but cdbanq has much cheaper shipping if you do a side-by-side comparison:
cdjapan: 1 disc is usually up tp 300g & two is up to 500g
1 disc (300g) AIR ($8.25) REGISTERED AIR ($12.75) EMS ($16.49) 2 discs (500g) AIR ($12.64) REGISTERED AIR ($16.49) EMS ($20.34)
cdbanq:
1 disc AIR (3.99) Registered Airmail (5.99) EMS (13.99) 2 discs AIR N/A Registered Airmail (7.98 ) EMS (17.99 )

Cherubino said: With the total difference with shipping only $1.37 more per disc from cdjapan.co.ip I’ll go with them to support the site.
Understood.

It is worth to mention that Cdjapan sells items in Yen and their price in US dollars is for reference only. Cdbang is antoher way around and their price is in US dollars.
I used to shop a lot with CDJAPAN by my US credit card, final amount after currency conversion on my bill was usually higher. My bank told me that all US banks will impose an extra 3% charge for transactions from overseas.
Check the fee table for major credit cards. http://www.creditcards.com/credit-card-news/foreign-exchange-fees-going-up-1267.php
But both sites have point campaigns though.

Usually after a few purchases the accrued bonus points will pay for the shipping/handling. Amazon and CD Universe both drastically mark up the Japanese imports and Amazon even charges New York State Tax which would drive the price of the import to over $90 [US]. I, like other posters on this site appreciate the new SHM~SACD releases but would like to not only see the prices come down but release new titles and not replicate already released SACDs. And please, start releasing in multi~channel including of course the stereo and CD layer (but let's assess firsthand the fruits of their SHM~SACD labor......As multi~channel recordings and the SACD utilizing all three layers can sound absolutely superb, perhaps there is something to be said for single~layered SACDs......the word stinginess comes to mind.
