Thread: Shostakovich Piano Quintet SACD ?

Hello,

I've looked around on this site for a bit and also on Google etc. and I can't a SACD version of the Shostakovich Piano Quintet in G Minor, op. 57.

I'm a bit surprised since it's pretty well known, it even won a State Stalin Prize (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stalin_Prize#1941_2)in 1941, apparently I share the same musical taste as the (in)famous dictator...lol

Anyway maybe I missed something or there are some people from SACD friendly record labels lurking here who get inspiration from this post to release it: you have sold 1 copy already, imagine the profits!

PS: I have it on CD (St. Petersburg String Quartet with Igor Uryash on piano, Hyperion CDS 44906), but I would love to hear a nice multi-channel SACD version of this great work.

Shostakovich is pretty well represented in the SA-CD catalogue, but no Piano Quintet as yet:
