There appear to be to versions of this CD, one VEL-CD-79734, is a HDCD and not an SACD. The other version, VELSA(orSC) 79813 may be the SACD. I only have the former so I know it's just HDCD. I'm hoping to get the SACD version and will then clear things up.

The vendor links from this site point to the SA-CD version (unless the label has recycled the UPC which I'm not aware of).
