I'm glad you like the Ivan Lins SACD! It's been a long time in coming and has been a labor of love for all involved, especially for Jason Miles, the producer.

FYI - there is no harp in "She Walks This Earth." Instrumentation is:

(2) electric guitar (rhythm)
(3) keyboards: (1) Fender Rhodes, (1) Hammond organ, (1) "Marimba-like" setting on synth
trap kit
electric bass
various percussion
plus lead vocal

another FYI - the CD layer is the original pcm mastered mix released in 2000. The SACD stereo and surround programs are completely new, made from the source pcm multitrack, but mixed through a custom-built analog console to DSD (EMM Labs converters).

I'm glad that you were able to convince the powers at Telarc to put this one out in Surround Sound SACD. Some very tasty performances here.

Now, if we can just get a SACD Surround Sound edition of that Papa Doo Run Run album that is featured very briefly on the DTS Demo Disc and the Telarc SACD Demo Disc.... !
