Soundmirror did very well in Grammy nominations this year; two in Category 95 for Best Engineered Classical Album with the Mariinsky Shost 1 & 15 and BSO, and Category 96 Producer Of The Year with Blanton Alspaugh. Their work also affected the nominations for category 97, Best Classical Album, Category 98, Best Orchestra Performance, and Category 99, Best Opera Recording.

The relevancy of this is that along with the folks at Polyhymina, Channel, Five/Four, and several notable independent recording engineers, John Newton firmly supports and advances DSD recording and mastering, and each of these nominations is a DSD recorded SACD.

Category 94, Best Surround Sound Album, is also relevant for SACD.

2L's Flute Mystery - Beynon, Ashkenazy (SACD+BD release) was nominated for a Grammy here.

Was the Genesis 1970-1975 nomination in surround only for the DVD version then?
